"ดี"บริษัท multinational แต่บริหารแบบไทยแต่ฟรีสไตล์ (MD ต่างชาติจะไม่ค่อยลงมาวุ่นวายปล่อยให้ plant mgr./section mgr. ที่เป็นคนไทยบริหารกันเอง สำหรับคนที่มองหางานระดับหัวหน้างานขึ้นไป ที่นี่เหมาะกับช่วงอายุ 25-40 ปี ที่ต้องการพัฒนาตนเองและเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆตลอดเวลา งานมีความท้าทาย สังคมดี สวัสดิการกลางๆ
Good Workมีการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่บางครั้งการimplement ระบบใหม่ๆ ก็ดูเหมือนจะรีบไปหน่อย ซึ่งต่างจากบริษัทอื่นๆที่เป็นต้นแบบ ความก้าวหน้าขึ้นกับประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการทำงาน
