"Good boss, wage. Worse social, system and workers."We have good relationship between boss and employee. They open doors to listen up your opinion but the result is very difficult and complicated to find out because of worker and system problem. It depends on individual how much to adapt to the organization.

Good LifeBased on family company, owner is excellent and always take care of employee as their children. Thus, most of employees work with their best royalty and happiness.
