Good Lifeบริษัทญี่ปุ่น นายใจดี ขออนุมัติง่าย เปิดโอกาสให้ Staff ได้เสนอความคิดเห็น รับฟังพนักงาน ช่วง Covid-19 ระบาดหนักๆ ก็ให้มาเลท กลับเร็วเพราะไม่อยากให้พนักงานแออัด เบียดรถสาธารณะมาทำงาน มี WFH เป็นช่วง
Good Workแม้จะเป็นบริษัทญี่ปุ่นแต่เปิดโอกาสให้ Staff โต้แย้งได้หากไม่เห็นด้วย แต่ระบบภายในยังคงอิงกับบริษัทแม่เป็นส่วนมาก
Good Payปรับเงินเดือนสูงโดยเฉพาะคนที่มีความสามารถ มีประกันโบนัส (แม้จะขาดทุนแต่ก็ยังจ่าย) ไม่งกเรื่องเงิน มีค่าอาหาร ค่าเดินทาง OT ประกันกลุ่มวงเงินสูง ตรวจสุขภาพร.พ.เอกชนอย่างดี จอง Moderna ให้ฟรี มีกินเลี้ยงบ่อย
