<1 year, Current"ถ้าคุณมองหาบริษัท ที่แคร์ความเป็นอยู่ของพนักงาน และให้โอกาสเติบโต นั่นแหละ ลูเมนตั้ม"ไม่มีตอกบัตรเซ็นชื่อ ไม่มีคนจ้องจับผิด ทำงานของตัวเองให้จบ ทำให้เต็มที่ มีเวลาพัฒนาตัวเอง
Good Lifeผมทำงานได้ 4 เดือนในแผนก IT
ผมรู้สึกดีมาก กับการทำงานที่นี่ เพื่อนรวมงานดี แน่นอนว่าทุกบริษัท ก็จะต้องมีปัญหาเฉพาะตัว แต่การทำงานเพื่อแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ที่นี่ ทำให้ผมสนุกกับการทำงาน และผมก็มีพลังที่จะมาทำงานในทุกๆวัน
อีกอย่างคือเรื่อง Work Life Balance ที่นี่ดีมากๆ ด้วยนโยบายของบริษัท คือ Best place to work. ซึ่งมันทำให้พยักงานมีความรู้สึกดีมากในการทำงาน
Good Workการให้โอกาสได้แสดงความสามารถค่อนข้างดี และเพื่อนร่วมงานและหัวหน้าสนับสนุนให้เราได้แสดงความคิดของเราออกมา และก็พร้อมจะรับฟัง
Good Payเรื่องเงินของที่นี่ก็อยู่ในระดับที่ดีครับ อาจจะไม่ถึงกับดีมาก แต่ก็ไม่เลวเลย ถ้าคุณมีประสบการณ์และทำงานได้ อีกอย่าง การที่บริษัทให้โอกาสเราได้สร้างผลงาน ผ่านโปรเจกอย่างเช่น Bright Path ก็เป็นอะไรที่ส่งเสริมให้เราเติบโตในตำแหน่งงาน และแน่นนอน เรื่องเงินด้วย
Good Communityการเมืองในอ๊อฟฟิศผมไม่เห็นเลย ด้วยวัฒนธรรมที่ค่อนข้างจะแข็งแรง เมื่อเราเริ่มทำงาน เราจะต้องผ่านการเทรนออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ Work day ในเรื่องนี้ด้วย ทั้งการเมือง และการปฏิบัติตัว ในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ
แม้แต่การต่อต้านการเหยียด และ บูลลี่ผู้อื่น นินทาว่าร้ายกัน ก็ถูกบรรยจุเอาไว้ในบทเรียน ซึง่นั่นดีมาก
ผมค่อนข้างเจอพี่ๆ ที่ทำงานด้วยกันแล้วทำให้ผมรู้สึกดีอย่างมาก
