Good Workเป็นบริษัทที่บรรยากาศทำงานดีมาก เหมือนครอบครัว Flexible Time สถานที่ทำงานใกล้รถไฟฟ้ามาก การทำงานยังมีความเป็นอนุรักษ์นิยม เพราะผู้บริหารระดับสูงส่วนใหญ่อายุมาก บริษัทมีความมั่นคง เนื่องจากเป็นบริษัทเกี่ยวกับพลังงาน Bonus เฉลี่ย 4 เดือน สูงสุดที่เคยจ่ายคือ 9 เดือน ปี 2565
