Good Lifeบริษัทค่อนข้างโบราณ มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องการแต่งการค่อนข้างเยอะ เช่นห้ามใส่เสื้อผ้าสีขาวดำมาทำงานโดยเด็ดขาด HR ไม่ค่อยมีความเป็นกลาง บรรยากาศในการทำงานเหมือนย้อนไปเมื่อ 20-30 ปี การลาพักร้อนติดวันหยุดหรือมีวันหยุดคั้นถือว่าเป็นสิ่งไม่ควร
