“ โดยรวมถ้าโอเคกับสวัสดิการตามฉบับบริษัทรถยนต์ สังคมแบบญี่ปุ่น ชอบทำโอที เจองานเยอะๆ แนะนำแต่ถ้าใครรับเรื่องงานเยอะงานโหลดไม่ชอบทำโอที เซ้นซิทีฟกับการโดนกดดันโดนโยนงานไม่แนะนำที่นี่ ”

ส่วนตัวเจอสังคมสภาพเเวดล้อมที่ไม่ค่อยดี มีการเกี่ยงงานกัน งานโหลด พี่ๆในทีมบางคนไม่โอเคที่จะสอนงานน้องซ้ำๆ แต่หัวหน้างานดีเข้าใจลูกน้องครับ
