Good Lifeมี Work Life Balance วันลาเยอะ แต่ไม่ค่อยมีกิจกรรมที่สร้างความบันเทิง หรือสิ่งที่ช่วยพัฒนาชีวิตให้ดีขึ้น บริษัทส่งเสริมให้ทุกคนมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ก้าวไกลแต่วัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เป็นอยู่ปัจจุบันค่อนข้างมีความย้อนแย้งกับวิสัยทัศน์
Good Workงานมีความท้าทาย ตัองพบเจอสิ่งแปลกใหม่เยอะแยะมากในการทำงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านคน วัฒนธรรมองค์กร หรือทรัพยากรที่ต้องใช้ในการทำงานล้วนแต่มีความจำกัดและข้อจำกัดค่อนข้างเยอะ ในบางครั้งทำให้ขาดสิ่งที่ช่วยซับพอร์ตในการทำงาน แต่ก็ทำให้ได้ประสบการณ์ที่หลากหลาย
Good Payอัตราการขึ้นเงินเดือนขึ้นอยู่กับผลงาน10% และอีก90% ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าคุณเป็นคนของใคร ในส่วนของโบนัส=ไม่คาดหวัง ไม่ผิดหวัง
Good Communityการเมืองในองค์กรค่อนข้างเยอะ ถ้าเจอทีมดีหัวหน้าดีถือว่าเป็นแต้มบุญ การช่วยเหลือกันซึ่งกันในองค์กร = ตัวใครตัวมัน ทุกคนต้องหาทางเอาตัวรอดกันเอาเอง
