Inventec Electronics (Thailand) Company Limited (EBG)Employee Reviews

1 reviews · Overall rating: 5/5

  • I've been working at Inventec Electronics (Thailand) — ITE — for a while, and I'd like to share an honest perspective for anyone considering joining us, especially Thai colleagues looking for a stable international employer in Samut Prakan. What stands out most is the multicultural environment. Thai, Taiwanese, Chinese, Myanmar and other colleagues work side by side every day, and you'll often hear Thai, Mandarin and English in the same meeting. The factory is well managed, follows Thai labour law strictly, and is regularly audited under international standards like RBA, so things like working hours, safety and fair treatment are taken seriously. What I value most is that ITE genuinely gives people a stage to grow. The company is in an active expansion phase, and there is a clear commitment to developing Thai talent into leadership roles. If you come with the right attitude, the opportunities are real — not just words on a job ad
