>1 year, Current"อยากให้บริษัท เพิ่มสวัสดิการให้แก่พนักงานต้อนรับมากกว่านี้ และอยากให้ไปอบรมที่สำนักงานใหญ่ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นของผู้ใหญ่ที่มองพนักงานในระดับล่าง มีการหมุนเวียนพนักงานให้ไปเรียนรู้งานที่สาขาอื่น เพื่อนำประสบการณ์มาใช้ในการทำงานจริง"เป็นบริษัท ที่เครือใหญ่ ปรับปรุงอยู่เสมอ แต่การปรับปรุงระบบให้ดีขึ้นแต่กลับกลายเป็นปัญหาให้แก่พนักงานต้อนรับ ทำงานหนักขึ้นในระดับ 10/10 ไม่มีการขอความคิดเห็นแก่พนักงานต้อนรับ
