>1 year, former"สวัสดิการปานกลาง ทำงานเป็นระบบสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น โบนัสปานกลาง ภาพรวมดี"ทำงานเป็นระบบสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น ทำงานมีเหตุมีผลมีข้อมูลรองรับ แต่ช้าหน่อย เพราะเมื่อเป็นระบบมันจะช้า แต่ความผิดพลาดจะน้อย มีโอกาสให้เติบโตเมื่อเทียบกับบริษัทอื่นที่มีการแข่งขันกันสูง หากมีความรู้ความสามารถและกล้าแสดงออก สามารถมีช่องให้โตได้แน่นอน แต่เงินเดือนกลางๆนะ ถ้าไม่โดดเด่นมาก
