Good Lifeในเรื่องชีวิตการทำงาน เป็นบริษัทที่คุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์กลางๆ เมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่น
Good Workในเรื่องของการเติบโตในสายงานเป็นบริษัทที่เติบโตได้ค่อนข้างช้า เนื่องจากการแบ่งระดับพนักงานค่อนข้างน้อยเมื่อเทียบกับบริษัทอื่น ทำให้การปรับตำแหน่งในแต่ละครั้งใช้เวลานาน
Good Payเป็นบริษัทที่เงินเดือนเริ่มต้นค่อนข้างไปทางสูงเมื่อเทียบกับบริษัทอื่นๆ แต่มีปัญหาเรื่องการปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับผลประกอบการของบริษัททำให้บางปีพนักงานไม่ได้ปรับเงินเดือน
Good Communityเป็นบริษัทที่ดีมากๆ ในเรื่องสังคมการทำงาน พี่ๆ ให้ความช่วยเหลือน้องๆเป็นอย่างดี การเมืองน้อยมาก
