Good Payผลตอบแทนไม่คุ้มค่ากับคนที่ทำงานทุ่มเทในการทำงานอย่างหนัก แต่ถ้าต้องการปะสบการณ์หลายๆ อย่างแต่แลกค่าตอบแทนที่กลางๆ อาจจะยอมรับได้ช่วงแรกๆ ถ้าเราทำได้แล้วจะเริ่มรู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่ากับการทุ่มเทที่ให้ไป
