Good Workอิสระทางความคิดในการทำงานดี ทำงานเป็นทีมดีมาก ผู้บังคับบัญชาเป็นผู้นำที่ดีให้คำปรึกษาได้ด้วย การทำงานแบบคนญี่ปุ่นผสมผู้บริหารคนไทยจะค่อนข้างมีวินัยตรงเวลามาก ต้องตรงไปตรงมากับหน้าที่รับผิดชอบเสมอ
