<1 year, Current"This company is very good and very well management all department "the culture some of department still not well about relationship ..... like me working here 2 month ago but 2 safety in my department they not ever asking anything to me like invite to talk lunch dinner some of them house room or any party also work almost not teaching or tell about key point of working that follow up procedure or follow Owner policy or work instruction away let me found mu myself ...... and unfair some overtime gave difference not same as same other ...(everyone working need incentive or overtime for make up salary) ... They knew about me lost job 3 month before join here many payment house cares support my family were got problem and need moneys to balance that all.. but I dose't care from them I m here only short job and I still find and looking for new job that better more then this....
all my life found job by myself and ever been let somebody (relationship) like Father Uncle Aunt elder or any friends to give them work....
