“ สวัสดิการค่อนข้างดีค่ะ เมื่อเทียบกับบ.เอกชนทั่วไป ”
เพื่อนร่วมงานดีค่ะ ช่วยเหลือระหว่างกันได้ดี สามารถปรึกษาได้ ทั้งนี้ อาจขึ้นอยู่กับส่วนงานที่ได้เข้าไปทำงานด้วยค่ะ หากพบเพื่อนร่วมงานที่เข้ากันได้ จะสามารถจูงใจให้อยู่ทำงานได้ระยะยาวมากขึ้น

สภาพคุณภาพชีวิตนั้น ขึ้นอยู่กับว่ารับผิดชอบงานในส่วนใด ภาคใด แล้วทำการพูดคุยกับเพื่อนร่วมทีมเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจกันมากน้อยเพียงใด
