Good Lifeสังคมในที่ทำงานมีลำดับขั้นตำแหน่ง แต่ในการทำงานจริงก็ไม่ได้ซีเรียสขนาดนั้น สามารถถามสิ่งที่ไม่รู้ได้กับทุกคน และทุกคนพร้อมที่จะช่วยให้คำตอบ ไม่ได้คิดว่าไม่ใช่งานฉัน ฉันไม่ยุ่งหรอก
Good Workมีการแบ่งหน้าที่ชัดเจน ทีมโปรเจ็ค ทีมออกแบบ ทีมขาย แต่ละคนมีหน้าที่หละกของตัวเอง งานไม่ได้มีความกดดันมาก ทุกๆคนก็พยายามช่วยกันเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จ
