ด้านนักเรียนและเพื่อนร่วมดี เป็น teamwork ช่วยเหลือกันเหมือนพี่น้อง ถ้าเจอระดับหรือหมวดที่เข้าขากันได้ การทำงานจะมีความสุขมาก ด้านผู้บริหารคุยง่ายสบายๆแต่ส่วนใหญ่จะไม่ค่อยได้ใช้ความสามารถมากเท่าใดเพราะในด้านการทำงานส่วนใหญ่จะวางบล็อกแต่ละงานไว้ให้เรียบร้อยแล้ว
