Good Lifeบริษัทมักจะมีการจัดกิจกรรมประจำเดือนเพื่อเป็นการผ่อนคลาย รีเเลกซ์และเสริมสร้างกำลังใจในการทำงานให้กับพนักงาน เช่นการจัดให้มีการแต่งชุดตามธีมทุกๆวันศุกร์ หรือ ให้สวัสดิการพนักงานออกกำลังกายเช่น การจ้างคุณครูจากภายนอกมาสอนเล่น โยคะ เต้นซุมบ้า เพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีของพนักงาน
Good Workเนื่องจากงานขายแน่นอนว่ามีความท้าทายในเนื้องานอยู่แล้ว อีกทั้งบริษัทยังได้มีการจัดอบรมกับไลฟ์โค้ชที่มีเสียง เช่น อ. จตุ
Good Payมีโบนัสรายปีให้กับพนักงาน โดยประเมินผลจากคะแนน Attendance time และ Performance ยอดขายทั้งปี แต่เนื่องจากมีการเปลี่ยนบอร์ดผู้บริหารระดับสูง พนักงานระดับ Staff จึงถูกไม่ให้ได้รับโบนัสรายปี
