ทุกคนที่ทำงานที่นี่เป็นกันเอง และผู้บริหารเข้าถึงพนักงานทุกคนได้ง่าย ทำให้พนักงาน กล้าบอกปัญหา กล้ามาปรึกษาในเรื่องที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังห่วงใย พนักงานทุกคน
