Good Workชั่วโมง lay over น้อยมากถ้าเทียบกับสายอื่น แทบจะเป็นไปไม่ได้เลยสำหรับคนไทยที่จะไต่เต้าไปเป็น cabin manager มากสุดได้แค่ purser
Good Payฐานเงินน้อยแต่พอรวมกับชม.บินก็เยอะพอตัว ซื้อของได้ราคาส่วนลดใน king power กับในสนามบิมเถาหยวน
Good Communityพี่ๆ เพื่อนร่วมงานส่วนใหญ่โอเคเลย วัฒนธรรมองค์กรเป็นแบบเอเชีย ต้องเคารพรุ่นพี่ รุ่นพี่มาก่อนในทุกๆเรื่อง ต้องระวังคำพูดกับพี่มากๆ
