Good Workงานที่นี่ทำให้เราพัฒนาทักษะสกิลภาษาได้ดีขึ้นมาก เนื่องจากสาขาฯที่ทำมีแต่ลูกค้าต่างชาติ ยิ่งทำให้เราต้องกระตือรือร้นในการสื่อสาร
Good Payสำหรับเงินเดือน หากเทียบกับที่อื่นแล้วยังถือว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ค่อนข้างต่ำ แต่จะไปทดแทนในส่วนของสวัสดิการอื่นๆ แทน
Good Communityต้องบอกว่าที่นี่ทุกคนแทบจะรู้จักกันหมด สำหรับพนักงานห้างฯ ความสามัคคีกันมีอยู่มาก และช่วยเหลือกันได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะผู้จัดการสาขาฯ ซึ่งให้การดูแลพนักงานทุกคนอย่างเท่าเทียม
