Good Lifeถ้าชอบงานท้าทาย และเป็นระบบ ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์แน่นอน เพราะว่าเขาเน้นพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงานในทุกด้าน และมีการสนับสนุนในหลายๆอย่าง อย่างต่อเนื่อง สวัสดิการและอะไรต่างๆ ถือว่ามั่นคงในระดับนึงเลย ผู้คน และ HR Toxic น้อยมาก น้อยกว่าบริษัทอื่นที่เคยเจอ (ในแง่ที่ไม่ใช่เรื่องงาน) ส่วนในเรื่องของงานทุกคนจริงจัง และบริษัทก็มีนโยบายที่ชัดเจนจริงๆ Happy กับที่นี่มากแม้จะต้องบอกลากันในวันที่อายุงานหลัก 10 ปีแล้ว จริงๆก็ยอมออกมาเพื่อเติบโตขึ้น แต่ถ้าเลือกได้ก็อยากกลับไปอยู่ดี
Good Payสวัสดิการดีเว่อ แต่เงินเดือนอาจจะต่ำกว่าที่อื่นนิดนึง ถ้าอยู่นานแล้ว (ถ้าอยากได้เพิ่มต้องมีศักยภาพด้านอื่นๆเพิ่มเติม)
