>1 year, Current"สวัสดิการไม่แย่ วิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริการระดับสูงค่อนข้างดี แต่ระบบภายในของระดับปฏิบัติการไม่โอเคเลย"คนในอยากออก คนนอกอยากเข้า ลองดูไม่เสียหาย เพราะแต่ละคนมีความต้องการสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่ต่างกัน
Good Lifeตามเวลาทำงานคือ 8 ชั่วโมงก็จริง แต่พอทำจริงต้องทำโอทีต่อด้วย เนื่องการการผลิตมี 24 ชั่วโมง แต่พนักงานทำงานแค่ 2 กะ ทำให้ต้องใช้ชีวิตในโรงงานถึง 12 ชั่วโมงในแต่ละวัน
Good Workภาพรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์กลาง ๆ ค่อยไปทางต่ำ รูทีนงานซ้ำ ๆ บางแผนกไม่มีโอกาศพัฒนาตัวเองได้เลยแม้ตำแหน่งจะสูง
Good Payผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับค่อนข้างสูงสำหรับตำแหน่งรองหัวหน้าขึ้นไป แต่ต้องเข้าทำงานในตำแหน่งนั้นตั้งแต่แรก การเลื่อนตำแหน่งจากระดับพนักงาน ไม่สามารถอัพเงินเดือนได้มากเท่าไร
Good Communityโดยส่วนตัวที่เจอคือค่อนข้างแย่ เอาเป็นว่าถ้าเลือกได้ก็อยากไปทำแผนกอื่น เรื่องของสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของบางแผนก เด็กรุ่นใหม่หลายๆ คนรับไม่ค่อยได้เท่าไร คนเข้าออกเป็นว่าเล่น
