Good Lifeในระยะสั้นจะเติบโตได้ดี ในระยะยาวจะเติบโตในตำแหน่งสูงได้ยาก เนื่องจากโครงสร้างบริษัทไม่เอื้ออำนวยให้เติบโตได้ง่าย รวมไปถึงภายในมีระบบอุปถัมภ์เส้นสายค่อนข้างมาก, การทุตจริตมีทุกหน่วยงาน มีการฉกฉวยผลประโยชน์ภายใต้การบริหารความเสี่ยงที่ค่อนข้างหล่ะหลวม หากต้องการทำงานราบรื่น ควรมองข้ามเรื่องพวกนี้ไป.. ยังคงเป็นองค์กรที่ค่อนข้างล้าหลังในเรื่องการบริหารจัดการองค์กรภายใน แม้ว่าภาพลักษณ์ภายนอกจะมองว่าดูดีก็ตาม
Good Workหากต้องการความก้าวหน้าและส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้า ไม่แนะนำเท่าไหร่ .. แต่หากต้องการทำเพื่อใช้เป็น reference profile ซัก 3-5 ปี ก็ดีครับ
