Good Workให้โอกาสพนักงานในทุกตำแหน่ง มีระบบการจัดการที่ค่อนข้างดี เป็นระบบมาตรฐาน มีการสื่อสารที่ดี การทำงานไม่ค่อยซับซ้อนมากนัก เมื่อเทียบกับบริษัทอื่นในรูปแบบเดียวกัน
