Good Workสิ่งที่ผมได้ในช่วงฝึกงานกับโรงงานไฟฟ้า BLCP จะเป็นส่วนของหน่วยงาน Low Voltage System หรือย่อมาจาก LV เรื่องที่ผมได้มีโอกาสเข้าไปศึกษานะครับ การส่งจ่ายไฟที่ผลิตไฟจาก Generatoe U1, U2 844 MVA 24 KV แปลงขึ้นจากหม้อแปลงเป็น 500 KV ส่งขายให้กับ EGAT
Good Payการให้ทุนเรียนฟรีกับกลุ่มนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคมาบตาพุด V-EsEPC และยังได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมโรงเรียนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (ECO School) สานพลังความร่วมมือ ระหว่าง โรงเรียนวัดกรอกยายชา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคมาบตาพุด เทศบาลเนินพระ และโรงไฟฟ้าบีแอลซีพี ร่วมติดตั้งระบบบ่อดักไขมัน และระบบน้ำทิ้ง ณ โรงเรียนวัดกรอกยายชา ออกแบบระบบโดย เทศบาลเนินพระ ติดตั้งระบบโดย วิทยาลัยเทคนิคมาบตาพุด และโดยมีการสนับสนุนจากโรงไฟฟ้าบีแอลซีพี

Good Life- ลาง่ายมากๆ ลาก่อนส่งย้อนหลังได้ มีลาได้หลายอย่าง ลาพักร้อน ลากิจ ลาป่วย ลาทำบัตร ปชช. ใบขับขี่ ลาบวช ลางานศพ ลาแต่งงาน ลาภรรยาคลอด
- มีห้องดนตรีและซื้ออุปกรณ์ใหม่
- ทำงานวันละ 8 ชม. มีเวลา Relax เยอะมากไม่เครียด
Good Work- ระบบดีมาก มีการปรับปรุงตลอด ง่าย สะดวก ทำให้การทำงานไว
Good Pay- โบนัสไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 เดือน
- สวัสดิการดีมาก มีค่าน้ำมันเดือนละ 4,000 ค่าบ้าน 15% ขั้นต่ำ 5,000 ค่าโทรศัพท์ 1,500
- มีสวัสดิการยืดหยุ่นให้ซื้อของหรือจับจ่ายใช้สอยแล้วเอามาเบิกได้ปีละ 36,000 - 70,000 (ขึ้นอยู่กับระดับตำแหน่ง)
