Good Lifeคุณภาพชีวิตดี ของกินค่อนข้างหายาก แต่สั่งง่าย การลาไม่มีปัญหา การใช้ชีวิตสะดวกสบาย (ไม่นับรถติด)
Good Workในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาสินทรัพย์ มีความท้าทายสูงมากก รับผิดชอบสูงมากก หน้าที่รับผิดชอบสูงมากก ต้องดูตั้งแต่ซื้อ จนจบกระบวนการล้มละลายขายทอด มีระบบช่วยได้พอสมควร แต่การแก้ไขการก็แล้วแต่ผู้มีอำนาจจะกำหนด โดยสรุปแล้ว เป็นงานที่ให้ความรู้ และทักษะดีอย่างมาก
Good Payในตัวฐานเงินเดือนยังไม่สมเหตุสมผลกับงาน แต่มี incentive พอแบ่งเบาได้บ้าง แต่ยังมีความห่างระหว่างคน Gen เก่า กับ Gen ใหม่ ที่ไฟในการทำงานต่างกัน รับผิดชอบต่างกัน เงินเดือดผิดกันมาก
