Good Workตั้งแต่ปี 64 เป็นต้นไปอาจจะคาดหวังความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพได้ยาก เพราะชุดความคิดของผู้บริหารจะเน้นคนรู้จักกันหรือเครือญาติเป็นหลัก คิดว่าเพื่อให้ควบคุมได้ง่าย แม้ใครจะมีผลงานดีแค่ไหนก็ต้องทำใจว่าจะไม่เติบโต
