Good Lifeขึ้นอยู่กับ Head Department ของแต่ละแผนกและตำแหน่งความรับผิดชอบด้วย แต่ค่อนข้างถือว่าอิสระในการทำงานไม่ต้องมีใครมาคอยกำกับมากนัก
Good Workเรื่องการก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงานขึ้นอยู่กับ Head department ด้วยส่วนหนึ่ง ไม่ใช่เก่งแล้วเขาจะดัน อยู่ที่คุณเป็นคนของใครด้วย แต่โดยรวมถือว่าอยู่ในระดับที่ดีควรค่าแก่การเข้าไปฝึกทักษะ
Good Payเงินเดือนไม่ขึ้นมา 3 ปีแล้วตามสถานการณ์โควิด แต่โบนัสค่อนข้างดีพอจะย้อมใจได้ในสถานการณ์ที่ไม่โอเค ส่วนเรื่องฐานเงินเดือนนั้นค่อนข้างน้อย ส่วนคนที่ฐานสูงมาแต่แรกอยู่ก็ถือว่าดีแหละ
Good Communityสังคมคือดี เยียวยาความเหนื่อยล้าได้เป็นอย่างดีเลยทีเดียวถึงจะมีการนินทาว่าร้ายกันอยู่บ้างก็เป็นเรื่องปกติ แต่สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดของที่นี่คือเพื่อนร่วมงานเลยยยย
