Good Lifeสภาพการทำงานค่อนข้างจริงจัง วัฒนธรรมองกรณ์ในส่วนแผนก construction ต้องทุ่มเท ขยัน รับผิดชอบงาน ส่วนคนก็เหมือนกันทุกที่ มีดีบ้าง ไม่ดีกับเราบ้าง เลือกที่จะคบเอาเอง เรื่องระบบเซฟตี้ต้องทำใจ ค่อยๆทำความเข้าใจ ส่วนใหญ่ต้องใจเย็นๆ
