>1 year, Current"งานท้าทายความสามารถดี"อยากให้บริษัทมอบหมายงานให้เป็นสัดส่วน เพราะการทำงานที่รวมกันหลายหน้าที่พร้อมกัน ผลงานอาจจะออกมาไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร
Good Lifeคุณภาพการทำงานค่อนข้างเครียด เนื่องด้วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายค่อนข้างเยอะและไม่ค่อยเป็นระบบ
Good Workหากมีการมอบหมายงานทำเป็นสัดส่วนจะดีกว่านี้เนื่องด้วยพนักงานต้องรับผิดชอบหลายหน้าที่จนบางครั้งทำให้งานบางส่วนทำออกมาไม่ดีพอ
Good Payถ้าเปรียบเทียบปริมาณงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย หรือเปรียบเทียบกับสถานการเงินอื่นเป็นบริษัทที่ให้เงินเดือนและผลตอบแทนน้อยมาก
