ETDA, an organization under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, was established in 2011 and is now in its 12th year. ETDA's primary role is to support and promote online transactions in Thailand, working in collaboration with both the public and private sectors. Additionally, ETDA serves as a significant regulator overseeing important service businesses related to transactions.
