บริษัทเปิดโอกาสให้ได้แสดงความสามารถสำหรับผู้ที่มีความสามารถ ได้รับฟังวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารโดยตรง แต่พนักงานเก่าที่ได้ปรับเลื่อนตำแหน่งได้ค่าตอบแทนน้อยกว่าคนที่รับมาใหม่อย่างมาก ทำให้เกิดความเหลื่อมล้ำไปหน่อย

คุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานในบริษัทถือว่าดี มีสาธารณูปโภคค่อยข้างครบถ้วนและค่าใช้จ่ายค่อนข้างถูก สวัสดิการดี แต่ค่าตอบแทนค่อนข้างน้อยไปหน่อยในยุคปัจจุบัน ข้อดีที่ทำให้องค์กรนี้น่ายกย่องอยู่ที่ผู้บริหารมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ตรงไปตรงมาและมีความยุติธรรม เห็นอกเห็นใจพนักงานเหมือนกับเป็นครอบครัวเดียวกัน

ถ้าเปรียบเทียบเรื่องรายได้ระหว่างพนักงานเก่ากับพนักงานใหม่ รายได้ของพนักงานเก่าต่ำกว่าค่อนข้างมากในขณะที่ภาระงานของคนเก่ามากกว่า ทำให้ในบางครั้งขาดแรงบันดาลใจในการทำงาน
