Hongsa Power or HPC , commonly called the 'Hongsa Power Plant'
We are a leading mine mouth of Lignite Thermal Power Plant in Xayabouly province i LaosPDR. We was formed in 2009 by Banpu Power (BPP) , Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (RATCH), and Lao Holding State Enterprise (LHSE).

We operate 1,878 MW of power capacity , we are Laos PDR's highest-capacity power plant, and we are providing a sustainable source of energy for both Laos and Thailand .
